You may not have intended a personal attack, but your reply seems to
hair-split: "I didn't say that you're pathetic, just that you have a
pathetic viewpoint". It's hard to convey strong language in plain text
without someone on the receiving end taking it the wrong way. Maybe we'd
all be better off using Newspeak: "Your idea is doubleplus ungood", or
maybe not.
