I had seen a reference to the Dilbert Reference Library years ago and new that a definition to that term existed. It took a simple, 5-second Google search for "Dilbert" and "cow-orker" to find it. I suppose I could have put that URL in so people didn't think I made up that definition myself. Oops! :-)
I don't know what Sarbanes-Oxley means, but it sounds scary!
