either go to the website for the branch you would be
working for or ask human resources for the job
description and/or handbook.  The handbook for the job
will tell you the criteria for progressing up the pay
grade scale.

hard fact... and for those of us who work for them and
like our jobs... we realize and accept that we will

concern then the government might not be the place to
