Dunno man. To me, a rate's a rate. I don't consider equivalents across
jobs; I quote what I think I'm worth for the job. If it's for the same
job, just factor in if you've been getting benefits or not. If so,
then add the cost of paying for the benefits outright into your hourly
quote. I don't think there is a set rule of thumb to follow, except
get as much as you can without losing the gig to someone else.
