Phillip...this comment is based solely on a feeling that I get from
reading your emaail. I may be completely off-base and you are free to
hit the delete key at any point.

I get the feeling that the approach you take is "Here is everything I
can do and everything I want to do. Why won't I get hired?"

Instead, the approach should be "What do you need me to do and let's
see if I can apply what I know to doing what you want."

Like I said, this may be off-base, or it may be something to think about.
