1. What are business scenarios?
2. How does one go about doing them?
3. What are the ways of doing a business scenario (e.g. graphical, procedural etc.)?

I have used scenarios extensivly in writing Installation guide as well as How-to guides. For example
a) in what circumstances you need to install X component or
b) if you want to use particular functionality if software install Y component or
c) if you have X component on one side of Network then place component Y on same side of X component or
d) if you have X component on one side of Network the place component Y on opposite side of X component or

I explain scenario as a network diagram using Visio (depends for which application you are writing) initially and then explain the procedure on how to achieve the expected or optimum results.
