Your sending error is understandable. Too many buttons in this
interface I suppose, and not enough time. We've all done that.
OTH, I don't understand the critical nature of some posts to this list
(not yours, Bonnie.) Someone asks for advice and receives
psycho-analysis about why it is their fault. I understand professional
passion, but the arrogance of some replies to this list leaves me very
disturbed.
Whether I want to admit it or not, the future is not certain. Some day
I could be the person asking for strategic advice.
