Hi,
There are two queries:
1. How do you estimate the optimum number of pages
that a technical writer may write per day with all
information available using MS Word, RoboHelp, and
Framemaker so as to generate minimum re-work after
review?

One page per hour, according to some writers' resumes. Two hours per page, according over-optimistic managers' guesses. About two and half hours per page, in the real world. Add extra time for authors who don't understand outlining and style sheet functions, and for extraordinarily handicapping cirsumstances, like having to use Interleaf because your company has not ugraded in ten years, or having to put out PDF files for use in online operator support systems because your company has not upgraded managers in 30 years.

2. Can u please let me know if there are any
standards, methods, links that provides u such
standard measurements or estimations to plan work for
your team?

There are some ways to boost productivity, of course....
