On the first screen of the Printed Documentation wizard, there's an Advanced
button towards the bottom right. Click on it to open the Advanced Options
child window. Select the Include drop-down text option. Click OK.
Go ahead and print it. The drop down text will be included in the printed
documentation. However, you may need to format the same.
