Hi,

In RoboHelp (X5)

On the first screen of the Printed Documentation wizard, there's an Advanced button towards the bottom right. Click on it to open the Advanced Options child window. Select the Include drop-down text option. Click OK.

Go ahead and print it. The drop down text will be included in the printed documentation. However, you may need to format the same.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,

Ankur
