Unfortunately, we have Acrobat 4.0, so I think I'll have to manually create
all the bookmarks (please correct me if I'm wrong; I hope I'm wrong:). Also,
when the Word files are converted to PDF, the quality of the screen shots
significantly deteriorate.


Oh Em Gee.... Why not play with the HTML option (SaveAs... Web page) for a hour or so, to see if it has some possibilities for you?
