Does anyone have any experience using Macrex, Cindex, or Sky Index in a WinXP or Win2K Pro environment? If so, what are your pro and con opinions about these add-ons?

On the FrameMaker side, what about IX Gen, and Index Tools Professional? If you have used either of these tools, what are your pro and con opinions about them?

Thanks in advance,
