I've set this up in the past with moderate success, but the set up was
very limiting and unfriendly. However, in a change to RH they broke the
way the TOC came through and I was told they had no intention of fixing
it. I have abandonded the whole thing and went to WWP. However, that was
a few versions back and the newer versions of RH may be different.

Overall this may work for you in a very limited sense, but the benefits
can be minimized if it requires a great amount of set up and rework to
maintain it.
