Consider a situation in which you come across a container that is
clearly marked with a symbol indicating its contents are hazardous
(skull and crossbones, radiation, biohazard, etc.), but has no label
that identifies what the contents are. Some labels fall off, while others
don't. This situation presents itself on a fairly regular basis to people
in occupations involving environmental cleanup, firefighting, etc.
