I think it's a safe conjecture that the percentage of HR
representatives who ever came within 100 yards of "Data
Processing 101" is <0.001%. If your resume never makes
it through the HR department because they don't have
any idea whatinthehell you're talking about, you'll never
have an opportunity to tell your story to anyone who
*might* have some chance of understanding you.
