I wonder if accurate, complete, usable, timely, and ``ugly'' documents are
a good business strategy. In any case, it is obviously possible to produce
accurate and complete documents with a ``fine typesetting tool.''

Besides, I do not see why documents produced with LaTeX are more
fossilized than documents produced with FrameMaker. I agree though that
LaTeX is not the best choice for creating online documentation.
