a MAGNIFYING GLASS! I'd bet 100% of the readers on this list would
scream bloody murder to the developers if they received an
application inhouse to document and along with the CD came a
magnifying glass with the instruction that they use it to see the
buttons, fields, and labels on the GUI of the application.
