I'm thinking exactly what I said in the beginning of the post...it
was subjective. it told us nothing other than you cannot find a job.
Without information, we can only surmise.

As far as "leads", make your own. Cold call. Use the web. Use the job
boards in a different way...in many instances, the same person at a
company hiring developers is the one who hires writers.
