Have you looked into HTML code editors, like bluefish? They provide a GUI for inserting code, but what you are looking at is the code itself.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any type of editor that arranges tags the way I like. At a susceptible age (that is, somewhere between birth and death), I fell in with coders who insisted that tags should go on separate lines so that you can find them easily. But I don't know of any
editor that does this. They all seem to want to scrunch the tags together on the same lines as the contents -- probably because they assume that humans will never be reading the code.
