Please any could tell me how to go about requirement specs.
How to write it?
What all the aspects to see and cover?
How should I plan it?

You will find this topic covered in the archives on several occasions.

The easy answer is that the gathering, analysis, and documentation of requirements is not a simple process. Start out with a book such as "Software Requirements" by Karl Wiegers. Find a good template somewhere, then do your best. Expect that no subject matter expert will cooperate with you, and that your first two or three or ten drafts will be rejected.

Good luck. :)
