Some years ago, I took an Information Mapping course. One of my major
career reqrets is that I didn't snag the course material when I left the
company (it probably ended up in a dumpster when they folded a month
later). I'm now involved in a project that requires a lot of process and
procedure documentation, and the course material and templates might be
very useful.

I've been looking around and found an Information Mapping Starter kit from
Information Mapping Inc. at
http://www.infomap.com/lc/learning_programs/imsk-p.htm. I was wondering if
any one has purchased this and whether they found the $500 cost worth it.

Regards
Keith
