Hi all-

Can anyone point me to a somewhat authoritative source for using "dialog"
rather than "dialog box" (as advocated by Microsoft)? We've been using the
former for years but now our CEO has questioned whether dialog is actually
an industry standard.

(An admittedly quick scan of the archives didn't turn up any relevant
responses.)

Thanks
Richard
