Not very knowledgeable about help development technology. However, I do
remember that Javahelp was designed to be used in conjunction with some
other more user-friendly and writer friendly tool like WWP. Or some
other HAT. Javahelp was considered to be more a tool for developers.

Do not know anything at all about Oraclehelp.
