I agree with the last post in that locating "the best" Masters program
is ... well anyway. You might want to check the archives on this
subject as I inquired into Masters programs just a couple of weeks
ago.

In addition, there is a global listing of schools on the STC website.

Keep a close eye though, as some schools offer a 'graduate
certificate' as compared to a 'graduate degree'.
