To All,

Another way is to go to View > headers/footer

Go to footer

choose any place in the footer

I believe then you can Insert > WordArt

Then choose the format you want and then enter the text "Draft/Preliminary",
etc.

This is in each document you need to have the "watermark".

I beats setting up the Printer to do it to all documents.

suppose you wanted to do Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.

Another way to accomplish the same thing.

More than one way to skin the cat.

And it uses 'built-in' capabilities.

HTH,

Harry
