To unwind from "work" I exercise: Every Monday I bring a selection of
Healthy Choice and Boston Market meals to the office and spend 15-20
minutes of the lunch hour each day eating. Then I go to the car, change
shoes and shirt (this is Florida and it is summer) and spend the rest of
the lunch hour walking a couple of miles through our office park area.

Saves money, saves gas, saves SANITY (sanity, what's that?) ;-p
