I use electronic almost all of the time. Dictionary.com is my most frequent reference, but I check others as well.

But I have to admit I like opening that heavy, bound book from time to time.

In today's world of PDAs, I can have the entire dictionary on an SD card in my Palm Pilot. Electronic, but portable. :-) The best of both worlds.
