I would imagine that depends on what's "average" and what's
"good/bad/acceptable." Having been brought up in the pre touchy-feely
days when a test score under 60 was an F, 60-70 a D, 70-80 a C, etc., I
thought rating myself as a 7/10 on a good day put me at or slightly
below "average," at least in the areas of hands-on document creation.
But if a 5/10 is "average," put me there.
