Hi Anthony

I think you mean "WebHelp Pro". WebHelp doesn't offer end user tracking of any sort.

Does anyone user WebHelp's end-user tracking capability? Is it useful? Does it lead to the creation of better documentation?

Thanks,
Anthony Hernandez
