Well, Geoff, yours was the deciding vote; I'm contacting my overseas client
and letting him know that August is going to be mighty busy around here. I
almost did it earlier today but decided against it. He contacted me this
morning with a question about one of his employees (the fellow to whom I
send my queries when I have them) -- I think he most likely was doing an
evaluation of him; at any rate, I almost said something but didn't. Now I'm
going to! Thanks.

Btw, that last poll question was mine, and I'll tell 'ya -- I wrote it in
response to Lisa's requires for submissions and by the time I was done, I
had no clue why even *I* wanted certification. Everyone's answers have been
interesting, but I really think what's needed is a retreat of four to five
days, a team of facilitators, and a process for visually organizing all the
thought into a manageable form. Discussing it seems so fruitless because no
one thread of thought ever gets worked out fully to its logical conclusion
and there's no real organization that would assist in tweaking a thought
here and then tweaking it there and thus refining the thought so that a
final result that can be a new idea to propose never evolves.

Longwinded, eh?
