Tools -> Track Changes, then on the Reviewing toolbar,
Show -> Comments. A pane will open at the bottom and
comments will be displayed there.

I marked up a document in Word 2000 using both Track Changes and Insert Comment. My client has Word 2003 (Spanish UI). He has figured out how to see the Track Changes markup, but so far has not found the magic combination to see my comments.

What does he need to do?
