At the risk of making an off-topic comment:

I would like to personally show some appreciation for Chad for coming up with a very diplomatic response to Harry's comment. The tenor on this list is such that professional deportment is de rigeur, and it is very welcome in a world of flame-wars and backstabbing.

(Plus I actually spit coffee onto my keyboard when I read it---having been there a few times myself!)
