The built-in heading styles are unnumbered by default. Problems arise
when multiple users with different styles and templates work on a
document with standard style names, like Heading 1.

Many users redefine Heading 1 to be numbered. Thanks to Word's quirks,
they may not even be aware that they're doing so! Then the user opens
your doc, your Heading 1 automatically updates to the user's version,
boom -- there's your problem.

Safer to have your own styles and templates...
