I never figured out why, in our template, Word would disregard a section
break before the Heading 1 for an index and insert a Continuous Break. We
were constantly having to manually reinsert a section break. It was and
still is mystifying. Does anyone recognize this problem and know of a
solution? (This is really ancient history, so I'm not in need of an answer
currently.)
