I'm not certain of this, but I highly suspect it, because they all knew this
exact situation was coming one day. They've known for years that a direct
hit would flood the city..

Yes, and if they need to set up a new operation, they will need employees
that are local to their new operation's location. That was the meaning of my
post. Companies that used to be in New Orleans may now be in Houston -- or
anywhere.
