...Ok, yeah.  There is commercial OpenSource, though doesn't that usually
mean that it isn't really open? Just licensed?  Semi-Open?  We have a
developer's kit that we sell for our product.  We charge X amount of money
so they can create tools for their own use. They can't then turn that code
over to someone else. 

I suppose when I think of OpenSource, I think of freely distributable
software that has many development layers patched on top of each other.
