Yes, but much of that network infrastructure was documented by technical writers in the first place? If you're talking about rebuilding using off-the-shelf equipment, there's a good chance that the bulk of the documentation will consist of materials produced by engineers and other technical personnel (schematics, wiring layouts, maps, etc.), rather than manuals or instructional
material. But there could be some opportunities for people with
experience writing proposals and business plans.
