Generate XSD from XML - how?

I have a lot of XML files, and I want to XSLT it. To do that I apparently need an XSD, which I don't have.

Obviously I can do it by hand, but does anyone know a tool that can generate an XSD based on an XML file?

Tool of choice is Altova StyleVision 2005.
