There's a reason why Googling "radio button" on raycomm.com yields 112
hits. This is a recurring toughie. My own opinion is, you don't need
either term.

Let's say you have three radio buttons: All, Some, and None. Your user
instruction is:

"To refeather all of the ducks, click All."

Or:

"When you click Some, three ceiling tiles crumble to the floor."

Or:

"Do not click None at this time. If you click None, your data will be
eaten by a Pomeranian."
