Hi,
My client has a peculiar situation. Well, it has to do with RoboHelp's
Webhelp, which is often peculiar.
Anyway, in the Webhelp .htm files, the run-over lines of hanging indent
paragraphs (e.g., Topic-Text-Numbered) are misaligned BUT only in one
version of Internet Explorer 6.
They are misaligned in version 6.0.2800.1106, but not in
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050501-1519 and not in several versions of 5.5.
Those are only versions we could lay our hands on.
Worse, 6.0.2800.1106 is running on a Windows 2000 machine and cannot be
upgraded. Apparently the 6.0.2900... version is XP-only.
We're formatting the Web pages with a .css style sheet and have used the
same sheet on all the IE browsers. We also have a version of the style
sheet for Netscape and Mozilla; it has the same settings as the IE sheet
and there is no misalignment in those browsers. Nor in Firefox. Only in the
one version of IE.
