Captive:
*Cell phone w/160 minutes per month
*PDA collecting dust
*Blackberry or similar - Had to go to therapy for withdrawal when my
employer took it away so that the CEO could have one just like his direct
reports. Spent a lot of time away from my desk in meetings all over town.
I was able to keep up with my e-mail. My co-workers were not so lucky, and
spent many late nights keeping up.

Independent:
*Cell phone w/1,000 minutes per month
*PDA still collecting dust
*Website - minibrochure and mucho customer support tools
