Same here. OTOH, recruiting has become so dependent on
keyword searches that I tell HR to also send me all the resumes
they think didn't match, so I can give them a quick scan just in
case.

I'm a hiring manager. In all honestly, it doesn't matter what your
title was (unless it had some supervisory twist to it). Every company
likes to call their people different things. I look for job
description and experience highlights. It seems others do as well.
