Two separate questions:

1) Is there any abbreviation for Patent Pending?

2) I know that (R) is for registered trademarks and TM
can be used by those pending. How often should you
include the TM or (R) symbol in marketing material?
Everytime the trademark is used? Just in the first
paragraph?

Thanks,
Karen
