I check this but it does not seem to support loading a text file or CSV
file where the original values and replacement values are specified.

	You might try TextPad (www.textpad.com). You can open all of
your XML files and then run a search/replace (F8) against all of of the
open files with one click. I do this when post-processing HTML files.
