I'll try this post again. I sent it an hour ago, but my first one

One more vote for having never heard of StarDock. Maybe you should ask
your co-worker what StarDock is and what it does. Let her try to sell
you on it. If it really is one of her pet programs, maybe she can give
you a compelling reason to use it.

As for SnagIt, I'd encourage you to download a free trial before you
pass judgement. You can get a free trial at SnagIt's website:

Two reasons SnagIt is better than PrintScreen include: (1) You can
easily capture scrolling windows; (2) You can easily capture cascading
menus.

It also greatly simplifies capturing a region or object on the screen.
And it lets you take more screen shots faster than trying to do it
with PrintScreen.

Your mileage may vary, but you can download a free trial to decide for yourself.
