SnagIt Question

When I am using the "A region to Clipboard" profile in SnagIt, a tip is
appearing next to the "+."  This makes it impossible to clearly see the
edge of the graphic I am attempting to capture.

I have tried to reset the Balloon Tips under the Help menu, but this
does not correct it.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?
