The styles we're having the most difficulty with are
styles we created and named, but I'll make sure
everyone's got the right options settings.

Be sure to check your styles for "based on." If you
create a new style and it's based on "body text," then
if the user's normat.dot doesn't match yours, or if he/she
modifies "body text," your new style will reformat itself
to match the change.
