That one grinds me, as well.  It's right up there with the already-pilloried
uses and abuses of "myself".

I find myself literally swearing at news-spewers and other
people-in-the-media-who-should-know-better, when they do that.

Aw c'mon. There's gotta be enough material in this topic to stretch it all
