Tricky situation. I'm finding more and more that companies are looking
to hire on-site work. Telecommuting imposes several barriers (real or
contrived) that do not make for good business practice. The Employee
is removed from the company. If you do find a company who will allow
remote working conditions, expect the travel to be on the frequent
side.
