Hello and Happy Friday!

I have a question regarding the term license. Apparently we cannot ship software licenses to a certain country without triggering all kinds of customs bells, whistles, lights, and fines. So, I've been asked to rewrite anything that discusses software licenses. The only problem being that I cannot think of an appropriate term to use.
Examples:
A system with fifteen channels requires fifteen licenses.
This product is licensed for fiteen uses.

I considered 'authorization' instead, but it just doesn't sound right. Suggestions?

*exasperated*
