Well, let's not get carried away. MS alleges that they've changed their
minds again about making WinHelp downloadable for Vista. But there's an
old saying in Tennessee -- I know it's in Texas, probably in
Tennessee... Anyway, it would be unwise to move an existing project away
from WinHelp right now, just because of Vista.
Of course, disregarding Vista, there are plenty of points for and
against WinHelp, and YMMV.
